Welcome here. Writing, sharing and teaching what I have learned, experienced and grown into myself from, keeps me healthy. I hope that you find these words to inspire, inquire and admire you. From ground to flower to fruit to fall, we are a continual cycle of life and experience. May we bring love and joy to them all in the small, sweet, meaningful ways and if you, like myself, are a writer, may the quill flush and flesh it out into the flicker of the flame. And may the darkness and firelight dance on our walls the spells of our souls.

May we rest here, sleep here, dream here and awaken here.
