Who?
This program is for those who are committed to healing and also willing to put in the necessary energy, resources and action for habitual change. You must be fully committed and available to show up for this. You must make it a priority. This work is serious. It will challenge you. It will also uplift you. Also, you must be willing to be vulnerable and push thru the hard parts of this.
This program is for you if you are struggling with anxiety and/or depression. It is for you if you feel other peoples’ energy and need clarity in your needs so that you have the necessary confidence to set healthy boundaries. This program is for you if you have feel confusion in knowing what is your energy and responsibility versus what is others’ energy and responsibility. It is for you if you want to make more sense to yourself, be able to feel yourself more and live from your inherent worth and value system. It is for you if you want to respect and trust yourself more. This program will create you to be strong, clear and confident. This shift in energy will change your abilities, your perspectives and the way in which you see yourself AND are seen by others.
Curriculum:
12 calls for total of 2 calls per 6 weeks. Two calls the first of Week 1 and the first of Week 6 will be longer, 75-90 minutes in length. Every week, on Monday, by 6am you will receive a personalized guided meditation to your inbox specifically designed for your goals and intention for that week. Part of your work will be to listen to your guided meditation each day.

Week 2: Monday or Tuesday 45-75 minute session call, Wednesday email check-in, Friday 20-30 minute check-in call
Week 3: Monday or Tuesday 45-75 minute session call, Wednesday email check-in, Friday 20-30 minute check-in call
