Doctor Eden Sage Teacher • Healer • Guide
I am a Doctor of Metaphysics, with focus in Spiritual Counsel and Wholistic Living. I specialize in trauma release and somatic therapy and assist others to reform their relationship with their inner child and deepen their relationship with their inner visionary and guardian.
My intention as a healer is to join with others in their natural healing ability and support this to energize simple soul-based living that nurtures the body, mind, heart and one’s own unique energy system.
I am certified in many modalities including hypnotherapy, raindrop therapy, reiki, crystal therapy, hatha/vinyasa yoga, kundalini yoga and shamanic breath work. I am an ordained Minister and offer ceremony for transformative times. I have spent the last few years in spiritual mentorship and continue this as a cherished focus. Most importantly, I practice this work thru my way of living and engaging with my own personal life experiences.
A little more about me-
I live in Sedona, AZ. I feel blessed and happy to be back in these magical ancient lands. Not only here, but especially here, in the red rocks, I see faces and hearts everywhere. I feel that everything is alive and rejoices when we shine our loving attention upon it! The sky is my muse and I cherish walking and hiking barefoot on the land. Doors intrigue me—the unknown that lies behind them…a threshold of sorts. I am fascinated by the treasured world that lives inside each of us. I have come to find that the ‘inner witness’ is one of my sweetest friends. I find pure joy in connection…in talking but mostly in listening. Rivers soothe my soul and trees talk to my heart and the faery that lives inside. Hot springs and sunshine…my medicine. I prioritize letting the natural pulse move me and hold deep reverence for its wisdom and perfection always leading me to the places where is my heart is most open to receive the love that surrounds me. Dancing is one of my most favorite parts about being in this body. I feel it as a merging of dimensions. Also, I love writing and am currently working to introduce more teachings and poetry.
I hope to get to work with you and feel your soul and your story in all its glory. I am here to help you bridge the darkness and the light, create safety for what has not yet been understood and process what is gasping for sweet release. I am here to help you reform your relationship with the self and with others to alleviate the nervous system and patterns of regression and depression. I am here to help you KNOW AND TRUST your intuition like never before…to establish your powerful connection here and so go forth into its answers.
